About usFOSTAC AG is a share company with a nominal share capital of 600,000 Swiss francs, based in Bichwil, Switzerland. The company has about 150 shareholders, most of whom are private individuals. The board of directors consists of 5 members. The company exists to develop, produce and market products that promote health, and the FOSTAC Academy furthers the understanding of the laws of Nature. FOSTAC AG was founded by Hans Seelhofer on 29.09.1989. Initially a small operation, its steady increase in turnover has led to continuing growth, so that FOSTAC now employs a staff of 30 and is a major client for various suppliers. The consolidated joint turnover of the parent and affiliate businesses in 2009 amounts to about 8 million Swiss francs. The subsidiary FOSTAC Technologies AG has a nominal share capital of 290,000 Swiss francs, is based in Jonschwil, Switzerland, and was founded in 1998. The company specializes in research and development of products in the field of alternative energy, and aims to make a positive contribution to mankind’s development both in ecological, commercial and social terms. The foundation of FOSTAC International GmbH means that we enter 2010 with a firm basis on which to target international growth via other languages. FOSTAC International GmbH will achieve its sales and services mainly outside of Switzerland, Germany and Austria, and is a fully independent legal entity. FOSTAC sees very favorable prospects for growth during 2010 and anticipates a consolidated turnover of around 13 million Swiss francs. These expectations are based on the 70% increase in turnover in 2009, the many people who are now re-assessing the risks due to electro-smog and radiation from mobile phones, the steady growth in the number of distributors, and the large number of innovative products. In addition, about 6,000 people received advanced training in Bichwil and Jonschwil in 2009, on courses and in product training. This repository of knowledge provides yet another broad basis for the future of FOSTAC. We expect a similar number of people for training in 2010, a total that is limited only by our own capacity.
